(( About IOS Shortcuts: Must-Read Before Purchase))

Effortlessly sync your “Tasks to Do Today” with the iOS Reminders app using our premium shortcuts! This pack includes two shortcuts: Notion2Reminder and Reminder2Notion. You can run the shortcut manually, and we also provide a guide on how to automate the process.

• Notion2Reminder: Syncs today’s tasks (tasks with due date on or before today) from Notion to iOS Reminders; Add, edit (task name, due, done, goal, and task types as tags), and delete tasks!

• Reminder2Notion: Updates Notion with tasks from Reminders; Add (task name, due & done), edit (task name, done & due), and archive (not delete)
• Automation: A video guide to automate the execution of these shortcuts is included.
• Purpose: The intention of the shortcut is for you to 1. access your today's task quickly in your home screen as a widget 2. See tasks to do today and quickly check off, archive, edit (name & due), or add tasks to Notion.
• Limitation: Your Notion remains your main planning system. This shortcut is not designed for using Notion and Reminders interchangeably but to extend Reminders as a complementary too for Notion. The reminder will display exactly what’s in the today view of the todolist database when synced from Notion & synced to Notion.
• The Shortcut can run in the background & when the phone is closed! Depending on connectivity and number of tasks, please allow up to 10-20 seconds for tasks to sync fully.
• These limitations exist because the Shortcut is not an application, but we’ve designed it to provide you with a great user experience. The advantage is that it’s subscription-free, affordable, and requires no external applications.
